It consists of three smaller peninsulas: Kassandra, Sithonia and Mount Athos (Holy Mountain -an autonomous monastic republic in Greece).
Last summer my family and I visited this travel destination in Greece and we were surprised by its nature.
Beautiful beaches, interesting mountains, nice people around…
The Aegean sea was exclusively clean with crystal water.
We went to see Kassandra, the “first” peninsula in Halkidiki and we had a good time.
There are nice taverns, bars, restaurants, hotels, beaches, and the local people are very polite and always help if you need something…
